1. Shipping Coverage:

  • Domestic (India): We deliver across India, except in Tier 4 and Tier 5 cities.

  • International: Shipping is available for all products; charges are calculated based on destination and weight.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the following business day.

  • No processing or dispatch occurs on Sundays or Public Holidays.

3. Delivery Timelines:

  • Domestic Orders: Delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on PIN code.

  • International Orders: Delivered within 10–12 business days, subject to destination and customs clearance.

  • We work with reliable logistics partners including Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, and Blue Dart to ensure timely and secure delivery.

  • Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, strikes, or logistical issues. Customers will be notified proactively in such cases.

4. Shipping Charges:

  • Within India:

    • Free shipping on orders above ₹500

    • Flat ₹59 shipping charge for orders below ₹500

  • International:

    • Shipping charges are weight- and destination-based

    • The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout

5. Order Tracking:

  • Tracking details are shared via email and WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

  • Real-time tracking is available.

  • Customers can contact support directly through the tracking page for assistance.

6. Order Modification & Cancellation:

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • No changes are accepted after 12 hours, as the order enters the processing and packaging phase.
